Well, we're here in San Diego settling in for our final week in the States. The Sprinter just got out of the RV shop where we had the batteries and solar panel tested. Everything checked out tip-top. We can't believe that in 7 days we'll be heading south. We've completely taken over the Simko's garage and sections of the house. We've got our stuff sprawled everywhere while we go through and decide what stays and what goes. The UPS guy arrives daily with packages for our trip. The Simko's have been so gracious letting us use their place as a temporary home base. We really needed a space to download, organize, receive mail, pack, and chill. I love my best friend, even if he is a snake murderer. TREE
